Kathy is the daughter of Bonnie Haynes, sister to Beth and Mike Brower (members at Mt. Hope). Tobey and Kathy are parents to Terasa and Chris Davis (Coker, AL), and Jason and Mel Huff, members at Mt. Hope.
Tobey and Kathy have been on the mission field in various times and places over their faithful service of the Lord:
Papua New Guinea: 1975 - 1985
New Zealand (Island work): 1985 - 1995
Papua New Guinea: 1995 - 1998
Vanuatu: 1998 - 2001
Visiting Professor of Missions (Harding University): 1999 - 2000
Fiji: 2005 - July 2011
Vanuatu: (Currently) Aug 2011 - Present

Tobey and Kathy have been working with several local brethren and their families to get a Basic English Biblical School (Christian Institute of Biblical Studies - CIBS) started in Fiji for the training of local islanders to further the Kingdom in the Oceania islands. In August 2011 Tobey & Kathy moved to Vanuatu where the future Christian Institute of Biblical Studies is to located on land that was donated by a local Christian brother, Stephen Felix.
